Vacations Cabs — Driver / Partner Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. These terms govern the conduct, duties and payments for drivers/partners operating with Vacations Cabs.
1. Booking & Duty Rules
- If a driver is assigned a booking, it is compulsory to complete the duty.
- If a driver cannot complete the duty for any reason, he must immediately inform Vacations Cabs support team.
- Cancelling duty without informing will lead to a penalty (amount decided as per Vacations Cabs policy).
- Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension or termination of the driver’s account.
2. Payments & Charges
- Rates will be as per the company’s predefined slab.
Sedan – ₹9/km
SUV Ertiga – ₹11.5/km
Innova Crysta – ₹15/km
Tempo Traveller – ₹19/km
- Toll, parking, and state tax will be paid by the customer (as per booking terms).
- After local rental packages (4hr/40km, 8hr/80km, 12hr/120km), extra km/hour charges will apply.
- Night duty (10pm–6am) will include a night allowance, which can be collected from the customer.
- For cash bookings, the driver must collect payment from the customer and provide a receipt.
3. Service Quality Expectations
- The car must be clean and well-maintained (inside and outside).
- Driver must be in neat dress, polite, and professional in behaviour.
- Odometer must be reset and shown to the customer before starting the trip.
- It is mandatory to help customers in loading/unloading luggage.
- Over-speeding, rash driving, or using a mobile phone while driving is strictly prohibited.
4. Customer Handling & Safety
- Smoking, drinking, or use of drugs inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- If the customer engages in such activities, the driver should politely refuse or ask them to do it outside.
- If the car gets dirty or vomited in, a cleaning charge (approx. ₹500) can be taken from the customer.
- In case of accident or breakdown, the driver must immediately inform Vacations Cabs and the customer.
5. Compliance & Discipline
- Driver must follow all traffic rules, RTO laws, and Vacations Cabs policy.
- For extra km/hour charges, proper proof (odometer/receipt) must be shown to the customer.
- Wrong reporting of km/hour or demanding extra money will lead to strict action (penalty + suspension).
- At the end of duty, customer feedback/duty slip is mandatory.
