We understand travel plans may change, so our cancellation and refund process is transparent:
Customer-initiated Cancellation:
- More than 24 hrs before the journey → Full refund (minus payment gateway charges).
- Within 24 hrs of journey start → 50% refund.
- No-show after cab reaches pickup point → No refund.
Vacations Cabs Cancellation: In rare cases (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, etc.), we will cancel and issue a 100% full refund.
Refund Timelines: All refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days back to the original mode of payment.
