Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Driver & Vehicle Info: Details will be shared in advance before the trip begins. Vehicle type is subject to availability, but category (Sedan/SUV/Tempo) will be honored.

Customer Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Any damage to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be chargeable.

Fare Policy: Fares shown are inclusive of driver allowance. Toll, parking, and state taxes are extra unless mentioned otherwise.

Conduct: Smoking, alcohol, or carrying illegal items is strictly prohibited in the cab.

Delays & Liability: We strive for punctuality but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Delhi only.
